Full Membership Meeting - New Board Elections
The Board of Directors that was formed last October is ready to report their progress to you and relinquish the job to a new board. Here's the informatiion about the next meeting:

Spring Cleanup Day
Nancy Latimer is organizing the yearly Spring Cleanup Day for the 13th year in a row! Please make every effort to come and convince others to help. Only you can help keep Donner Summit beautiful!
The event starts in the morning with a meeting at the General Store where we hand out garbage bags and water generously donated by Tony & Cheryl at the SSGS. Nancy and Jennifer Montgomery will then hand out assigned areas to different groups of people ranging from Rainbow Bridge down to Cisco Grove. Groups then fan out and pick up garbage, leaving full bags on the side of the road for our helper crews who pick up the bags and put them in dumpsters donated by local businesses.
After we've beautified our land, we're joining with the folks doing the Truckee Town Ceanup in the Truckee Regional Park for a big party with a band and food. The first twenty people to show up at the General Store get free tickets!
