Royal Gorge Update
The new owners of Royal Gorge have put up a website with some information along with a feedback form at RoyalGorgeFutures.com.
Ice Lakes Lodge has re-opened the "Raindeer Cafe" for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The menu is priced inline with other regional restaurants ($9.50 for a burger) and contains a large bar-type menu with 3-4 dinner entrees. Ice Lakes is also open for lodging. Breakfast is only for hotel guests and looks like a traditional continental buffet from the furniture. The restaurant is run by the same folks who manage Rainbow lodge.
The lodge has been only slightly re-decorated. The wooden plaques have been moved into the entrance mud room and new couches and table decorations have been added.
